2016 Nov,19-20, the Annual Meeting was hosted by School Sports Branch, CSSS, (The 8th
seminar of the National Outstanding Youth and middle-aged Sports School workers), co-
organized by School of Physical Education, CCNU.
Prof Li Xiangnong (Vice-president of CCNU), Prof Yang Hua (Party Secretary of the Beijing
Sport University), Prof Wang Jian (Party Secretary of CCNU Sports Institute), Prof Liu Xinmin (Vice-president of Xi'an Physical Education University) and Prof Abe Shigerua (Japan Sports
University Physical Education Laboratory) attended the opening ceremony. Some outstanding
young and middle-aged scholars related to physical education from all over the country and
students of CCNU School of Physical Education participated in this meeting.
Prof Yang Hua made a keynote speech, “The Trend of Chinese Sports after 2016 Rio Olympic
Games”. Prof Abe Shigerua addressed a speech of “Abnormal Body of Children and
Adolescents”, and discussed with audiences around the problems like vision loss, abnormal
obesity, autism, depression, the function of jaws, sleep and arousal function and autonomic
nervous function.
The meeting was lead to thematic section. All participants were divided into three groups to
participate in seminar about relevant topics afternoon with Prof Liu Xinmin, Lan Zili(dean,
School of sports economics and management, Hubei University of Economics) and Prof Fan
Linhu, from Physical Education Institute of Shanxi Normal University , hosted respectively.
On the morning of 20th, Forum of Young and Middle-aged Scholars(PhD) was hosted by vice
president of the CCNU School of Physical Education Guo Min and Huang Aifeng. 12 doctoral
students from different universities all over the country made paper reports in the forum.
There is a forum and visiting time in this meeting. Li Xiaojia, editor of Journal of Beijing Sport,
deputy editor of Chinese School Sports, from China Sports Science Society school sports branch, and Li Min, deputy editor of Shandong Sports Institute Journal, presided over the Forum.
